Anne Shirley Cutler, age 98, of Newton, MA, on November 4, 2018. Beloved wife for 70 years of the late Saul J. Cutler. She was born in Worcester, MA, daughter of the late Abraham and Minnie Lazrus, and moved to the Boston area as an adolescent, where she excelled in her studies. She was the devoted mother of Dr. Mark Cutler and his wife Sandi of Worcester, MA, Dr. Scott Cutler and his wife Robin of NYC, and Corey Cutler, Esq. of Needham, MA. Cherished grandmother of Adam Cutler, Dr. Alex Cutler and his wife May-Tal, Dr. Beth Cutler-Freedman and her husband Ross, and Michelle Dinenberg and her husband Eric. Proud great- grandmother of Ilana Cutler, Oliver Freedman, Emma Freedman, Micah Cutler, Issac Cutler, Ayla Dinenberg and Charlie Dinenberg, and devoted sister of the late Sherman Lazrus and the late Mickey Lazrus. Anne was an antiques dealer and collector extraordinaire for over five decades, with unparalleled passion for the industry she so dearly loved. In addition, she enjoyed writing, painting, and composing poetry. Service at Temple Emeth, 194 Grove St., Chestnut Hill, MA on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 11 am. Following interment at Temple Emeth Memorial Park, Baker St., West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the Baker Vestry at Temple Emeth until 8 pm.
